We collect information you provide directly when you interact with our 3D printing and prototyping clubhouse:

• Account & Contact Details: Name, surname, email address, mobile number (with WhatsApp integration), and delivery addresses.
• 3D CAD & Prototyping Files: Uploaded STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF geometry files, slicer configurations, layer height settings, and infill parameters.
• Payment Records: Razorpay order identifiers, transaction references, and payment verification statuses. (We do not store raw card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on our servers).
• Technical Usage: Device type, browser environment, IP address, and cookie tokens used for cart persistence and theme preferences.

FDM Tech Lab uses your design files strictly for additive manufacturing, slicing analysis, quotation calculation, and quality control of your authorized order. We do not distribute, sell, publish, open-source, or use your proprietary designs for unauthorized third-party fabrication.

Your information is utilized exclusively for operational and fulfillment purposes:

• Fabricating precision 3D prints, custom enclosures, and PCB assemblies according to your specifications.
• Sending real-time order status updates via WhatsApp and Email (e.g., Slicing, In Production, Dispatched, Delivered).
• Processing secure payments, validating discount coupons, and generating transaction receipts.
• Providing direct project consultation, technical engineering support, and dispatch logistics.

We partner only with industry-leading, compliant service providers:

• Razorpay:All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). FDM Tech Lab does not collect or store credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials.
• Firebase & Google Cloud:Authentication credentials and user records are stored in secure cloud databases with rigorous access restrictions.
• Logistics Partners:Recipient name, contact number, and delivery address are shared with verified courier services solely for doorstep parcel delivery across India.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your account records and uploaded 3D design files from our manufacturing queues at any time.
