Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the website fdmtechlab.com and all related on-demand additive manufacturing, electronics assembly, and rapid prototyping services provided by FDM Tech Lab. By placing an order or registering an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian authorization) and possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

FDM Tech Lab specializes in on-demand FDM 3D printing (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU), Resin printing, IoT development, and custom drone assemblies:

• Automated Estimations: Quotes calculated by the online 3D slicer tool are indicative estimates based on geometric volume, layer height, and estimated print duration.
• Engineering Review: Our engineering team conducts a pre-manufacturing design check. If an uploaded model requires structural support, wall thickness adjustments, or re-orientation for print stability, we will notify you prior to machine dispatch.
• Manufacturing Tolerances: Additive manufacturing is subject to micro-scale mechanical tolerances (typically ±0.2mm for FDM depending on geometry). Minor layer lines and support contact marks are inherent characteristics of 3D printing technology.

By uploading 3D model files (STL, OBJ, STEP, etc.), you certify that you own the intellectual property rights or possess appropriate commercial fabrication rights.

• • Production Commitment:Once payment is confirmed and machine slicing or 3D printing has initiated, orders cannot be cancelled.
• • Non-Refundable:Due to the bespoke nature of personalized additive fabrication, completed custom manufacturing runs and shipped parts are non-refundable.
• • Defect / Transit Claim:In the rare event that an item arrives physically damaged due to courier transit or contains severe manufacturing deviation from the approved 3D model, the customer must submit unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery to fdmtechlab@gmail.com. Upon verification, FDM Tech Lab will reprint and re-dispatch the item at no extra charge.

All prices are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹). Payments are securely handled via Razorpay Gateway (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking). Promo coupons must be applied during active checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to completed transactions.

We ship manufactured prototypes across India using trusted courier services. Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are subject to carrier timelines, weather conditions, and regional logistics factors.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Custom parts and electronic prototypes are supplied for research, testing, art, and custom applications. FDM Tech Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product application in mission-critical or life-safety systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
